Most of Terri’s business comes from referrals — something that speaks volumes about the trust she builds and the relationships she creates along the way. Sophie is a Utah native with 17 years of real estate experience and a background in personal development that brings a unique mix of strategy, emotional intelligence, leadership, and high-level service to every client experience.
Her career has taken her from Salt Lake City to Wilmington, North Carolina, rural Texas, and Houston, where she became a top producer known for strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results across a variety of markets.
Sophie has a natural ability to connect deeply with people while confidently leading the process. She helps clients feel protected, informed, and empowered, whether she’s uncovering an opportunity others missed, strategically positioning a home or offer, or navigating a complicated transaction.
A few years ago, Sophie stepped away from real estate to pursue her passion for helping others heal and grow. She became a certified breathwork facilitator and highly sought-after coach for entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers across the country. That chapter deepened her understanding of nervous system support and how to guide others through major decisions and life transitions.
In 2025, Sophie returned home to Utah — and to her true love, real estate. Now based in the Park City market. When she’s not working, Sophie is usually adventuring, eating well, and spending time with her boyfriend Kevin. She also has an assistant, Elvis — her senior wiener dog — who provides absolutely no practical support but remains fully committed to his role as assistant.
